Jean-Louis SPOTTI

Born in Monaco, Franck grew up and studied in the Principality until the age of 22.

Double graduated of a French National Management BTEC Diploma and a European Bachelor in Wealth Management, he joined the oldest Monegasque private bank in 2008, as a commercial assistant and then as relationship manager in 2015, within the international HNWI department.

In 2019, after over 10 years with the bank, Franck will create with other associates, the independent assets management company PLEION WEALTH PARTNERS.

Located in the heart of Monaco, a few hundred meters from the mythical Monte-Carlo Casino and Port Hercule, the company core activity remains the wealth management supports both local and international HNWI.

Franck holds the position of Senior Wealth Manager for clients based mainly between Monaco, Dubai and the Japanese capital Tokyo, which he knows very well having lived there in 2007 and has been going regularly since, with his Japanese wife and his both French Japanese children.

銀行での10年以上の勤務を経て、2019年、フランクは他の仲間とともに独立系資産運用会社プレイオン ウェルス パートナーズ（PLEION WEALTH PARTNERS）を設立する。

モナコの中心部、神話に登場するモンテカルロ・カジノとエルキュール港から数百メートルの場所に位置するこの会社の主要業務は、国内外の富裕層をサポートする資産管理であることに変わりはない。

フランクは、モナコ、ドバイ、日本の首都東京を拠点とする顧客のシニア・ウェルス・マネージャーを務めている。
